![]() There is no explanation produced, and the LINES WERE DOWN, so she couldn't have been placing a call. This may help to explain her reluctance to meet Henry in person, due to the result of her doing so previously possibly resulted in Brian's death and the guilt associated with it. Considering she could not make out Henry's features that well with her binoculars, it would make sense that she has met Brian in person. ![]() Also when Henry comments on Brian looking like a nice boy she replies "Yea." in a way that implies she knew what he looked like. Which means not only did Ned and Delilah communicate over the radio, but they met in person. The only logical person is Delilah, if no one else knew about Brian being there. Due to the type of camera, someone else had to take this picture. It shows Ned and Brian sitting near the stairs of the two forks tower. The biggest thing IMO about the pictures at the end that I have seen no one mention (other than myself replying to another thead), is the last picture. I believe that not only was Ned communicating with Delilah over the radio, but they have met in person as well. Please leave feedback and let me know what you think, this is a rough draft, and i apologize for any bad wording. Perfect eh? the fire burns everything tying her to the place, she no longer has to keep an eye on Ned finding the body and with that she leaves, both you and Ned perfectly manipulated and clueless after all you were given a new radio by Delilah, once you start telling her about the body and his den, he'd never know. When you start exploring different areas Ned starts to get jumpy, what if hes discovered not actually missing? he already feels responsible for his sons death even though he never finds out how it happens. I made a post not long ago about Neds hideout chair and Delilahs watchtower chair facing at each others and both with binoculars, Ned is likely the person you hear accidentally across your radio. Ned being the loving parent and wilderness expert decides and likely encouraged by Delilah to go find his son, or they'll both end up in jail for having the child out there in the first place, with no trace Delilah calls them both in missing. this is why all his sons things are left untouched and his body remains where it fell. locking up the cave and covering up any involvement she had. on one of these occasions i believe the cave gave way causing the son to fall to his death, Delilah blaming herself for his death, she lies to Ned anyway. There was no other way to play but in person, and this is exactly where you find his player notes and his specially designed fort. The stolen climbing spikes, they were hidden in a place that his dad was not meant to find, through a cave and in his den in which the game was played, in person, with Delilah. Now why would Delilah have the key and lie about it being missing? because i don't think it was Neds climbing accident that killed his son, i believe it was Delilahs. why the alarm you say? in case you didn't report the key to her. and i believe it was Delilah that locked you in. This has been the single biggest issue for me to comprehend, if Ned didn't want you finding his sons body, why would he give you the key? I don't believe it was Ned at all, i believe it was Delilah. The key for the cave, magically shows up with a tracker, and not by Ned, as written in his notes. This is going to be abit messy, this is really just to group all my thoughts, and do correct me when i'm wrong and feel free to make suggestions. But that isn't the end, we haven't solved the mystery yet, at least I do not think so, and i do not believe you can by in game means, there are hints of this all through the game, murder mystery books being a big example, Delilah even has one on her bed. ![]() Now there's two game "endings", you get in the heli, and return to your life, or the "secret" ending, you stay, and you presumably die. Okay, so I've played the game and had time to think everything over/read other peoples experiences, and like most of you here have noticed not everything adds up, its a mystery game after all.
